2008 Pinot Noir - Russian River Valley
A Burgundian style wine with red fruit, vanilla, earth, lively acidity and balance. Shades of garnet and ruby shimmer in the glass. Captivating aromas of cherry, violets and strawberry waft upward. Hedonistic flavors of ripe red cherry, cranberry, blueberry, vanilla and allspice persist with touches of cola and earth. Perfectly balanced with bright acidity. Lingering seductive finish with underlying soft tannins. Pure p-a-r-a-d-i-s-e! This sultry wine is drinkable upon release and will age gracefully for 7 years. Pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, tuna and light meats including turkey or chicken. Enjoy our flagship wine! |

2008 Pinot Noir - Anderson Valley
A Californian style wine with darker fruit, herbs and structure. This wine opens with deep ruby red colors and ultraviolet hues. Aromas of berry, smoky oak and forest floor compliment alluring flavors of black cherry, herbs, earth and a hint of chocolate. Good structure and interesting organoleptic (sensory) properties. Silky mouthfeel and smooth finish. Enchanting! This special wine is drinkable now and is expected to age up to 5 years. Enjoy with most foods including Chicken Parmigiano, smoked turkey or roasted ham. |

2009 Sauvignon Blanc - Napa ValleyAromas of tropical fruits, elderflower and honeysuckle draw interest. Crisp citrus notes include Lisbon lemon, Colima lime and grapefruit zest that give way to pinneapple, mango, melon and herbs. A subtle mineral definition follows. Pale golden color. Light body. 2008 Syrah - Santa BarbaraSyrah is poised to be the next big hit with wine lovers moving away from high priced cabs. We tasted Syrahs from many regions. Finally, we decided to come full circle and source grapes from a vineyard near Santa Maria where Lynn was raised. White Hawk Vineyard is producing some amazing Syrah. This wine is showing dark fruits, pepper spice and chewy tannins as it ages in barrels. |
